In this first series of Workshops, we begin with
Acrylics for Beginners. So many people would love to learn to paint with acrylics, but many are wondering where to begin. With this one-day Saturday workshop, we will go over the basics of how to use acrylic paint, brush techniques, and other useful information to get you started. You will complete a painting to take home before the end of the session. All materials are supplied for this workshop, but if you prefer to bring your own and learn how to use what you have, please feel free to do so. We will complete one project in this class using a variety of media such as images, printed word and images, found objects, and more. This is wonderful class for anyone wanting to learn a new art technique, for fun, as a hobby, for journaling, and professional pieces.
